The planned issue commemorates the “Zibelemaerit” of Bern. (The onion market). This is a very popular public festival, a bit of a funfair which takes place every fourth Monday in November. If this is the first issue of a new series, I could not find out but it is obvious because the alpine animal series ended after 3 issues. There were also 3 issues only of the Swiss mountains as you know. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zibelem%C3%A4rit
