Homepage improvements...By Rod Sell, WBCC Homepage provider In the WBCC Homepage I have added a couple of scans. The First is an encased Canadian Large Cent of King George V with the ring from Calgary of 1920. This item came from WBCC member Steve Andrews in WA. USA. The Second is an English Rose Farthing of Charles I 1625-49. The Rose Farthing was produced by a private company for the King. They have a wedge cut out of the copper disk and a brass segment inserted. I do not know exactly why they went to this trouble but assume it was to deter the forgers. This coin is very small about half the size of a US 1 Cent and quite thin. It is fairly common and the dealer I bought this one from had 8, though this one was the best. 4. Millau Bi-metallic Euro's...By Frans Dubois, Netherlands This week I received the two different Bi-metallic Euro's of the French city Millau.
